These Payment Terms & Conditions ("Payment Terms") govern all payment transactions made on the Sabayik SA platform through supported payment methods, including Apple Pay, and processed via PayTabs. By proceeding with any payment, the customer agrees to these Payment Terms. 1. General Payment Terms 1.1 Accepted Payment Methods Sabayik SA accepts payments through PayTabs using approved methods, including but not limited to: ● Debit cards ● Credit cards ● Apple Pay ● Any additional payment methods enabled by PayTabs from time to time All payments are subject to authorization and approval by the issuing bank, PayTabs, and relevant card networks. 1.2 Pricing & Charges ● All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise specified. ● Product prices may fluctuate based on live bullion market rates until the order is confirmed. ● Applicable taxes, fees, delivery charges, or service fees will be clearly shown at checkout. ● Sabayik SA reserves the right to correct pricing or calculation errors prior to order confirmation. 1.3 Payment Authorization ● By submitting payment details, the customer authorizes Sabayik SA and PayTabs to process the transaction. ● Payments are processed only upon successful authorization from the issuing bank or payment provider. ● Sabayik SA shall not be held responsible for declined or failed transactions resulting from bank restrictions, insufficient funds, or network issues. 1.4 Order Confirmation ● An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation. ● Sabayik SA reserves the right to place orders on hold or cancel transactions if payment verification fails or if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected. 1.5 Failed, Reversed & Duplicate Payments ● In the event of a failed or reversed transaction, any debited amount will be refunded in accordance with PayTabs and bank processing timelines. ● Duplicate payments, once verified, will be refunded after internal review. ● Refund timelines are subject to PayTabs, card issuer, and bank policies. 1.6 Refunds & Adjustments ● Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method through PayTabs. ● Where permitted, refunds may be credited to an internal wallet if supported by the platform. ● Any applicable processing fees, taxes, or market-related adjustments may be deducted in accordance with applicable laws. 1.7 Chargebacks & Disputes ● Customers should contact Sabayik SA customer support before initiating a chargeback. ● Sabayik SA reserves the right to submit transaction records, delivery proofs, and related documentation to PayTabs and issuing banks for dispute resolution. ● Excessive or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or restricted access. 1.8 Payment Security ● Sabayik SA does not store complete card details on its servers. ● All transactions are processed through PayTabs, a PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateway. ● Customers are responsible for safeguarding their payment credentials and devices. 2. Apple Pay Payment Terms 2.1 Apple Pay Availability ● Apple Pay is available on supported Apple devices and requires an eligible card added to Apple Wallet. ● Apple Pay transactions are processed via PayTabs and are subject to Apple's terms and the issuing bank's approval. 2.2 Authorization & Authentication ● Apple Pay payments require device-level authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode). ● By using Apple Pay, customers authorize Sabayik SA, PayTabs, and Apple to process the transaction. 2.3 Transaction Processing ● Apple Pay uses tokenization technology; actual card numbers are not shared with Sabayik SA. ● Sabayik SA does not control Apple Pay authorization outcomes and is not responsible for declined or failed Apple Pay transactions. 2.4 Refunds for Apple Pay Payments ● Refunds for Apple Pay transactions will be processed back to the original card used through Apple Pay via PayTabs. ● Refund processing times are subject to PayTabs, Apple, and the card issuer. 2.5 Apple Pay Limitations ● Transaction limits, supported cards, or regional restrictions may apply. ● Sabayik SA reserves the right to disable Apple Pay for certain products, values, or transaction types as required by PayTabs or regulatory authorities. 2.6 Apple Disclaimer Apple Pay is a service provided by Apple Inc. Apple does not control or operate the Sabayik SA platform and is not responsible for products, services, or disputes related to purchases made on Sabayik SA. 3. Fraud Prevention & Regulatory Compliance ● Sabayik SA reserves the right to perform enhanced verification for high-value or high-risk transactions. ● Transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled. ● Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws, Saudi regulations, and payment network rules. 4. Limitation of Liability Sabayik SA shall not be liable for: ● Payment failures or delays caused by PayTabs, banks, card networks, or third-party service providers ● Unauthorized transactions not resulting from Sabayik SA's negligence ● Indirect or consequential losses arising from payment processing delays or failures 5. Amendments Sabayik SA reserves the right to amend these Payment Terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform. 6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Payment Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
